We desire to succeed. We desire to win in all we set out to do. However, we are often greeted with failures on our journey. The failures are meant to brace us up for our win.

Sometimes our hopes and passion get dashed because we seem to put in a lot of work with little success. Do not be discouraged. This is how winning starts. When you begin to feel discouraged, you are very close to your win. That is the point to fire on.

Remember, the point you are right now is where someone else wishes to get to. We are climbing the same ladder of life, we are just at different steps. If you are on the step above, do not kick down the person below. If you are on the step below, do not let go of the ladder. Keep climbing.

The guy who just got that job is not smarter than you are.
The lady who just got that scholarship is not smarter than you are.
The lady who just got promoted is not smarter than you are.

I am not smarter than you are.
I am not more intelligent than you are.
I simply learned and still learning the tricks to always strategically position myself for the right moment and opportunity.

This is why I share my stories.
This is why I share my failures.
This is why I share my wins.

So that we can win together.

Get back to your drawing board and lets keep winning together. Keep climbing. As long as we keep climbing this ladder of life together, we will reach the top together.

Until we all win, no one has won.
